Carterpan
De carterpan, ook wel oliecarter genoemd, zit onderaan de motor en helpt bij het koelen van de motorolie. Dit onderdeel is kwetsbaar voor schade door stoten of hobbels, vooral bij verlaagde autoâ??s. Een lekkende carterpan kan ernstige motorschade veroorzaken en is een afkeurpunt tijdens de APK. Bij lekkage is het belangrijk om de carterpan of carterpakking snel te vervangen om verdere schade te voorkomen.
